## Customization Process


1. **How do I customize my photo building blocks?**

- You can customize your building blocks by visiting our product page, uploading your favorite photo, and following the on-screen instructions to adjust the size, layout, and add text (if available). Once you are satisfied with the design, add the product to your cart and complete the checkout process. 


2. **What file format should my photo be in?**

- We recommend uploading photos in JPG, PNG, or TIFF format. The minimum resolution should be 300 DPI to ensure the best quality of the printed blocks.


3. **Can I add text or other elements to my custom design?**

- Yes, you can add text, borders, and other decorative elements to your design during the customization process. Our design tool allows you to adjust the font, size, and color of the text. 


## Production & Shipping


1. **How long does it take to produce my custom building blocks?**

- Our production time is 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. **How long does shipping take?**

- For orders within the United States, shipping takes 3-15 business days after production is completed. All US orders qualify for free shipping, no minimum purchase required. - For international orders, shipping time varies by region, typically 10-30 business days. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


3. **Do you offer expedited shipping?**

- Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, we are working to add this option in the future. 4. **Can I track my order?** - Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using the tracking number on the carrier's website.


## Order Issues


1. **How can I change or cancel my order?**

- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@lsndee.com or +12103909518 as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancel orders before production has started. Once production has begun, we cannot make any changes to the order.


2. **What if I receive a defective or damaged product?**

- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the defective or damaged product, and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and return address. We will process a refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned product.


3. **What if my order is lost in transit?**

- If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team with your tracking number. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide you with a solution, which may include a refund or a replacement order.


## Returns & Refunds


1. **Can I return my custom building blocks if I change my mind?**

- We do not accept returns for non-quality issues, including change of mind, incorrect photo upload, or custom design approved by the customer. Custom building blocks are made-to-order and cannot be resold, so we cannot offer refunds for these reasons.


2. **How long does it take to process a refund?**

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.


3. **Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?**

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage. If the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping fee.


## Photos & Design


1. **What is the best type of photo to use for custom building blocks?**

- We recommend using high-resolution photos with good lighting and clear focus. Avoid blurry, dark, or overexposed photos. Photos with a simple background will produce the best results.


2. **Will my photo be edited or enhanced?**

- Our team will perform basic adjustments to your photo, such as cropping, brightness, and contrast, to ensure the best quality on the building blocks. However, we do not offer advanced photo editing services, such as removing backgrounds or adding filters.


3. **Can I use a photo with multiple people or pets?**

- Yes, you can use a photo with multiple people or pets. However, please note that the more people or pets in the photo, the smaller each individual will be on the building blocks. We recommend using photos with 1-3 people or pets for the best results.


## Privacy & Security


1. **What do you do with my photos after my order is completed?**

- All photos you upload for custom building blocks are used solely for the production of your order. We will securely delete your photos within 7 days after production is completed. We do not store or share your photos with third parties.


2. **Is my payment information secure?** - Yes, we use secure payment processing services to protect your payment information. We do not store your payment information on our servers. ## Other Questions

2. **Can I order custom building blocks as a gift?**

- Yes, custom building blocks make a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other special occasions. You can add a gift message during the checkout process, and we will include it in your order.
