All customized items (including custom photo building blocks, personalized figurines, couple/wedding/pet figurines, etc.) are made-to-order. Please allow additional production time before shipment.

Standard (non-personalized) items are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
