All custom photo brick puzzle orders are made-to-order. We need 1-3 business days to process your order, including photo design confirmation, brick printing and assembly, quality inspection and packaging.

We guarantee that all orders will be delivered to you within 3-15 days after payment is confirmed (excluding extreme uncontrollable factors). The specific shipping time is divided into the following regions (based on US local delivery standards):

- Shipping Cost:① USA Mainland: Free Shipping for orders; ② International: Calculated automatically based on shipping address at checkout.
- Logistics Carriers:We cooperate with well-known international logistics companies such as USPS, FedEx, UPS for delivery, and the system will automatically match the optimal logistics channel according to your shipping address.
4. Shipping Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the registered email address, which includes the tracking number and official tracking link. You can also check the order shipping status in real time through the [My Account] page of our store.
5. Custom Product Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized custom nature of the photo brick puzzle products (printing with your exclusive photos/patterns), we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for non-quality problems. This rule complies with the US e-commerce custom product trading norms, and we appreciate your understanding.
Quality Problem Support
If you receive the product and find unavoidable quality defects (excluding human damage), such as:
- Brick parts are cracked/broken during transportation;
- Photo printing is blurred, distorted or wrong printing (unconsistent with the uploaded photo);
- Missing brick parts or incomplete accessories.

Delivery delays may be caused by the following uncontrollable factors, and we will not be held responsible for such delays, but we will try our best to coordinate with logistics providers to expedite delivery:
- US statutory holidays and extreme weather (e.g., snowstorms, hurricanes);
- Customs clearance delays for international shipping;
- Incorrect shipping address/contact information filled in by the buyer, leading to failed delivery;
- Logistics delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters and public emergencies.
Note:If the delivery is delayed due to the wrong address/contact information you filled in, you need to bear the additional shipping cost for re-delivery.
