At LSNDEE, every product is handcrafted from your personal photos — made just for you.

Our Quality Guarantee

Because each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personal preference reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).

However, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will remake your item for free or issue a full refund — no need to return the product:

  • Manufacturing defects or poor print quality
  • Wrong photo or design used
  • Item damaged during shipping
  • Missing or incorrect items

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@lsndee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right within 24 hours.


Custom Order Policy

All sales are final for custom-made products once production has begun. We recommend double-checking your photo and order details before submitting.

Before we start production, you may:

  • Cancel your order for a full refund
  • Request changes to your photo or design

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us. We will send a replacement at no cost.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
